Yesterday Los Angeles was Smokin’ Hot

Unless you live in a cave, which yesterday, might have been a good idea, you know it was pretty hot here.

In fact, Downtown Los Angeles hit a record high of 113 degrees. However, Beverly Hills beat Downtown by 6 degrees, to reach 119.


Considering that for most of summer of 2010, the LA summer weather was fairly But, yesterday’s heat wave hit everyone, even those who live next to the Pacific Ocean where the ocean breezes and cloud cover help keep the weather mild.

Here’s a screenshot I took yesterday at about 3:35pm:

It was over 100 degrees just about everywhere throughout the Metro basin, or very close.

Everyone was talking about it.
