Hollywood/Highland Walking Tour

Travelin’ Local is proud to announce the completion of our first e-book. We’re taken our love of Los Angeles and its eclectic neighborhoods and places, and put them into an e-book form, and also creating a walking tour at the same time.

For Travelin’ Local’s first walking tour we’re featuring the Hollywood Highland area.

Within this 3 mile walk, you’ll see and discover portions of LA that are "hidden gems." Usually, they’re not well known to most people–for example, you’ll get to traverse up and down some of the most fascinating sets of stairs; walk along one of the city’s best music venues; hike through one of our city’s oldest and unique neighborhood enclaves; and see details of homes and buildings built by some of the world’s best known architects.

Travelin’ Local’s e-book provides you with a sense of time, identity, character, place and history that’s hard to imagine without seeing it for yourself.

The Hollywood Highland Walking Tour is 17 pages crafted in the Travelin’ Local flipbook style with each page divided into four sections, featuring 68 "panels" loaded with tons of information, history, facts, pictures, comments, and of course, maps, to help make your walking tour complete.

The best part is that Travelin’ Local is charging $9.95 for all of this. So now, you can enjoy and visit some of the coolest places in the city, get several hours of exercise if so desire, gain an "insiders" knowledge of each area of the city we cover and be entertained at the same time. The last cool benefit is that the e-Book will forever be indelibly etched in your memory, and that’s priceless!
